How to Become a Wholesale Customer
In order to become a direct wholesale customer with Brick Street Farms, all new accounts must complete the “New Account Registration” process. Please click on the “New Account Registration” button on the Home Page and complete the “New Account Request” form.
Once we receive your information, we will review your wholesale account request. The review process takes less than 48 hours. You will receive your wholesale account request response via email. If your wholesale account is approved, you will receive your login information via email.
Don’t forget to check your email Spam Folder if you don’t see the email confirmation. If you still have not received confirmation after 48 hours please contact our Sales Team directly at sales@brickstreetfarms.com or by calling (727) 605-8151. All email communication will go to the primary email address submitted at Account Registration.

Brick Street Farms works directly with all wholesale customers. We work with all sized grocers from “mom & pop” to national grocery chains, wholesale distributors, small to large size restaurants and specialty hospitality groups.

Working directly with a Farm: Need to Knows for our Customers
Brick Street Farms is a farm! With our indoor, hydroponic farm containers we grow 24/7/365. This means that we are constantly growing and harvesting. We harvest our leafy greens and microgreens 5 days per week. Our inventory is updated in real-time and is constantly refreshed as new harvests are available.
As a farm, we do not store or hold massive quantities of our products like wholesalers or distributors. Our mission is to deliver the freshest farm-to-consumer greens available. We encourage our customers to place their orders as early as possible and to communicate their preferred delivery date.

- Greater Tampa: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
- Clearwater & Dunedin (north Pinellas County): Tuesday & Thursday
- Sarasota & Bradenton (south of the Skyway Bridge): Monday & Wednesday
Terms of Service & Wholesale Order Policy
All orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received. Orders may be placed by filling out the Quick Order Form. Order requests for next-day delivery must be received by 7PM. See Delivery Route Days for details.

Orders may also be placed directly with our Sales Representative via sales@brickstreetfarms.com or by calling/texting (727) 605-8151 in addition to the online portal. Orders placed with our Sales Representative will be fulfilled in the order they are received.
You will receive Order updates via email. All invoices are emailed to primary customer email on file and a paper invoice is provided upon delivery or pick up.
Order Cancellations within 24 hours of the delivery or pick-up date will NOT be cancelled and the customer is responsible for payment.
Service Territory
Brick Street Farms directly services the greater Tampa Bay region. Our products are available locally and state-wide via partner relationships with major Wholesale Produce Distributors. If you would like to purchase BSF products through an existing Wholesale Distributor, please contact our Sales Team for a list of available state-wide Wholesale Distributors.
Delivery Policy: Schedule, Radius, Fees & Minimums
Brick Street Farms offers direct delivery within 60 miles of our Hub with a $200 order minimum. Based on your account type and location a $9 delivery fee may be applied to your order.
We make every effort to fulfill delivery on the date requested. However, to minimize delivery costs we have scheduled delivery routes per week based on location and proximity to our farm. See Delivery Route Days for details.

No order minimum or fee for any pick up order. All customers may pick up their order directly at the Brick Street Farms Hub located at:

Payment Terms
Brick Street Farms offers several Payment Terms based on account size and credit history. An electronic invoice and payment confirmation for online orders will be provided. In addition, a printed invoice will be provided with the order upon delivery or with the order at customer pick up.
If your account is requesting Net Terms, please select your preferred Net Terms at the time of Account Registration. We will review your request. Net terms are based on account size commitments and credit history.
Refund or Product Replacement Policy & Order Issue Resolutions
Brick Street Farms does not accept returns. Once a product is delivered we cannot accept a return due to chain of custody and food safety regulations. Once the product leaves our truck upon delivery or our facility with a customer pick up, it is the responsibility of the customer.
We strive to provide the utmost farm fresh quality products. If there is an issue with your product, please take a photo of the issue and contact our Sales Representative for a Refund or Replacement.
Certificate of Insurance & W9
Brick Street Farms can provide a Certificate of Insurance or W9 for institutional accounts as required. Please note this requirement at the time of Account Registration.
